First contact
Get a first impression of who your coach is and how a coaching or theme package works. Find out whether your gut feeling is right and whether you can imagine working together. Free of charge and without obligation.
The first meeting lasts about 15 to 30 minutes and usually takes place by phone.

Coaching
Work on your issue in my company on the agreed date. Find solutions tailored to your needs. And lay the groundwork for important decisions.
Each session is self-contained. You decide independently and without pressure whether and when to continue.

A round of Yatzy, Taboo or Dog is super funny and often makes me laugh tears!
I experience total relaxation in the sauna or on the hot stone of a hammam. They are balm for my soul."

"Bianchi Coaching is systemic coaching. As a social being, you usually do not live in isolation, but move in the context of many social systems. Such a system can be your family, your workplace, your neighbourhood, your sports club, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc. People who are part of these systems interact with you and influence your perception and behaviour. Systemic coaching always looks at your concerns holistically and tries to involve effective systems in finding solutions.
Bianchi Coaching is mental coaching. I use a variety of methods that stimulate the functioning of your psyche. The psyche is considered the place of human thinking and feeling. It has been formed from all your experiences in life so far, which you have internalised both consciously and unconsciously. As a centre of feelings and thoughts, it influences your perception, your mood and your driving force, for example, to satisfy deep desires and needs. Your psyche draws on your values, shapes your world of thoughts and controls your actions and decisions. With mental coaching you look inwards, activate your resources and increase your social, emotional and cognitive competence. Ultimately, you bring body and mind into harmony from the inside out."
