Area of application

These general terms and conditions apply to all appointment requests.

Appointment requests and confirmations

Appointment requests can be made verbally or in writing. A telephone number, an email address or the contact form on the website are available for this purpose. A new appointment can also be made directly with the coach at the end of a coaching session. The appointment is always confirmed in writing by Bianchi Coaching. Only in this way is a binding contract concluded. The client acknowledges these general terms and conditions as part of the contract between him/her and Bianchi Coaching by his/her request.

Subject of the contract

Bianchi Coaching is committed to always providing the best possible service. In doing so, Bianchi Coaching, as a permanent member of the V-P-T & SCA Association, is guided by their codes of ethics.

Payment modalities

The duration and rate of a booked service (e.g. a single session) can be viewed on the website (https://bianchi-coaching.ch). A bindingly booked session must always be paid for in cash, via Twint or online banking before the session begins. For sessions paid in cash, Bianchi Coaching will issue a receipt upon request of the client. Bianchi Coaching only issues invoices to companies and institutions.

Cancellation conditions

A bindingly booked session can be cancelled verbally or in writing free of charge up to 24 hours before the agreed appointment. In this case, if the session has been paid for in advance, Bianchi Coaching will refund the full price of the booked session. If a cancellation is received 24 hours or less before the booked appointment, Bianchi Coaching may retain or charge the corresponding full rate, depending on the duration of the session booked.

Bindingly booked theme packages can be cancelled verbally or in writing up to 24 hours before the first session as a complete package free of charge. In this case, if the package has been paid for in advance, Bianchi Coaching will refund the full price of the package. If individual sessions of a thematic package have already been purchased, a refund of the still open sessions is not possible. These can be rebooked flexibly and free of charge if required.

Insurance

The client is not insured by Bianchi Coaching. Each client is responsible for sufficient health and accident insurance cover.

Liability

Claims for damages against Bianchi Coaching are excluded unless the damage was caused by intent or gross negligence. In particular, Bianchi Coaching is not liable for damage to property or personal injury caused by the client to him/herself or to third parties in the course of a session.

Place of jurisdiction

Swiss law shall apply. The place of jurisdiction is Zurich.
